Je m'appelle Vahio et je suis guide professionnel de randonnée pédestre à Tahiti.
J'ai vécu et grandi dans la commune d'Arue.
Amoureux de la nature depuis mon plus jeune âge, je vous embarquerais dans une expédition à travers les vallées luxuriantes de Tahiti.
Nous découvrirons ensemble la beauté des reliefs de l'île
Durant notre marche, je vous conterais légendes et histoires de la vallée où nous nous trouverons et je vous partagerais mes connaissances sur la faune et la flore de la Polynésie.
Et bien sûr, entre la randonnée et les animations, nous trouverons un moment pour nous poser afin de nous rafraîchir et d'admirer les belles cascades et rivières de nos vallées.

a year agoThis guide is awesome !! Highly suggest Vahio, he will bring you to the most luxuriant hidden valleys and through magnificent forests. What I loved about him is his passion for nature, and he shares it with no restrictions. He will help you reconnect to mama Earth, and bring your curiosity out so you're craving even more of nature time !!

a year agoTehaunui has a lot of knowledge to share with his hikers. He is patient and eager to share what he knows about his land. He is always taking care of his hikers, assuring their security and that they're having a good time. He is respectful of the land and let you immerse in nature as much as possible. I really felt connected to the earth thanks to the nose-singing flute that he played for us. I would recommend you to go with him if you want to discover nature in its simplicity and realistic life.

a year agoExploring nature with Vahio Hike has been one of the most beautiful and profound experiences for me. I felt safe and so well taken care of at all times. Connecting to Tahitian land and nature felt so natural and easy! The yummy refreshments at the end of our journey made the date complete. I can't recommend Tehau enough! ☺️✨

a year agoVahio was really lovely and very flexible for the 2 day bivouac we had to do at Mount Aorai towards the 2nd refuge (~2000m) which he kindly converted into a 1 day hike to the 1st refuge (~1400m) because of the weather which was not ideal for a beautiful view at the top. Even though he had to carry all the equipment for the 2 days anyway.It was a really nice hike - quite physical, but 100% worth it!He shared with us many stories about the mountain as well as educating us on the surrounding flora and fauna. He is truly a passionate guide!A big thank you to you Vahio!
