What a great place to buy pearl jewelry. They have everything you want at great prices compared to other stores or the large market a few blocks away. There was no pressure to buy and they were very friendly and helpful. Raimiti helped us and had some pieces modified. Within an hour or two she texted us our order was ready. Do not waste your time for pearls at the large market in town - they are overpriced there. Go here instead!
Beautiful pearls, incredibly kind saleswomen, a superb store. What more could you ask for? We had all our jewelry made at Vaimiti, and we have absolutely no regrets. The saleswomen took excellent care of us and gave us great advice. I highly recommend them!
Great shop for creating your own custom jewelry! Excellent value for money. I made three pieces with Chloé, who was fantastic: patience, explanations, efficiency, and a smile were all there. Thanks again, Chloé!

Poor service:
I came in to have a bead replaced on a bracelet. The bead had been drilled the wrong way. The employee noticed and re-drilled it in the correct spot. As a result, the bead now has a hole. The repair cost me as much as replacing the entire bracelet with the hole in the bead as an option.
I pointed out the problem, and apparently, the issue was my fault for choosing the bead that way. They refuse to acknowledge their mistake. Avoid this place because, while the beads are inexpensive, the quality is simply not there.
I gave one star because I couldn't give less.
If I could give two ratings, I would:
1 star for "Jaja," the most unpleasant saleswoman I've ever seen, mean, pushy, and disrespectful of the choices we make.
5 stars for all the other saleswomen, who are great, kind, and offer good advice. And then 5 stars for the store, the quality of the beads, and the variety of choices.
