What a great place to buy pearl jewelry. They have everything you want at great prices compared to other stores or the large market a few blocks away. There was no pressure to buy and they were very friendly and helpful. Raimiti helped us and had some pieces modified. Within an hour or two she texted us our order was ready. Do not waste your time for pearls at the large market in town - they are overpriced there. Go here instead!

Poor service: I came to replace a bead on a bracelet, and the bead was drilled the wrong way. The employee realized this and re-drilled it in the right place. As a result, the bead has a hole. The repair cost me as much as replacing the entire bracelet with the hole in the bead as an option. I reported the problem to them, and apparently the problem stems from me choosing the bead that way. They refuse to acknowledge their mistake. Avoid this because the beads are certainly not expensive, but the quality is not up to scratch. I gave one star because you can't go lower.
